This building, closely linked to the life of the city, was the center of Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (National Currency and Stamp Manufacturer) during the period in which Seville had the exclusive monopoly on merchandise that came from the New World.
The design solution aims to create a timeless and pleasant space for the building's residents to embrace the outdoor space as their own. The design of the plantations is defined by low-consumption species that imprint a cadence rhythm in all the spaces.
