The identity of this project is deeply marked by its situation in the dehesa. Also, the previous and current building allows the possibility of creating a multifunctional space fully integrated into the environment. 

Considering a continental influence in the Mediterranean climate, the volatile landscaping during the year is the main factor of this project's development.
